On 23 October 2007, Silicon Crafts Pty Ltd, a member of the Ozdocs International Group (“Ozdocs International”), successfully completed the purchase of CrimsonLogic Trade Australia Pty Ltd (“CrimsonLogic Australia”).

The acquisition was driven by the desire to further improve service levels to CrimsonLogic Australia's customers. As a 20-year veteran in electronic trade automation in Australia, Ozdocs International Group is committed to the high standards of software quality and accuracy that users of TradePalette have come to expect of CrimsonLogic’s services.
